针对异形高耸建筑结构的施工用起重升降装备设计方案,应用三维建模软件NX7.5构建异形高耸专用塔式起重机数字化模型,运用虚拟现实技术及三维仿真平台(OSG)对异形高耸专用塔式起重机进行虚拟远程监控。研究了异形塔机运行虚拟场景的参数化构建技术,分析了虚拟场景构建的LOD技术,提出了利用OSG开发渲染虚拟场景,通过现场传感信息驱动虚拟塔机动作的虚拟监控系统。
Aiming at the design of hoisting and lifting equipment for the construction of shaped towering building structure, a three-dimensional modeling software NX7.5 is used to build a digital tower crane model for aliens towering tower. By using virtual reality technology and three-dimensional simulation platform (OSG) Crane for virtual remote monitoring. This paper studies the parametric construction technique of the virtual tower operation of the special tower crane and analyzes the LOD technology of the virtual scene construction. The virtual monitoring system that uses the OSG to develop the virtual scene simulation and drive the virtual tower crane through the field sensing information is proposed.
