为观察改良小梁切除术对治疗新生血管性青光眼的疗效。对１５例（１５只眼）手术。由视网膜血管循环障碍引起９例，即时散大瞳孔进行视网膜光凝。结果观察３个月—４年４个月。１５例患者１１例眼压恢复正常，２例眼球轻度萎缩、２例眼压术后高于正常，但眼压有大幅度下降。４例视力明显进步。１２例虹膜新生血管消失。结论１５例手术均有降低眼压的作用。由视网膜血管病变引起的新生血管性青光眼９例，术后即散大瞳孔，进行视网膜光凝。
To observe the effect of modified trabeculectomy on neovascular glaucoma. Fifteen patients (15 eyes) underwent surgery. Caused by retinal vascular disorders in 9 cases, immediately scattered pupil retinal photocoagulation. Results observed for 3 months - 4 years and 4 months. In the 15 cases, the intraocular pressure returned to normal in 11 cases, mild eye atrophy in 2 cases, and 2 cases of intraocular pressure were higher than normal, but the intraocular pressure decreased significantly. 4 cases of visual acuity was significantly improved. 12 cases of iris neovascularization disappeared. Conclusion All the 15 cases have the effect of lowering intraocular pressure. 9 cases of neovascular glaucoma caused by retinal vascular lesions, after the surgery that is scattered pupil, retinal photocoagulation.
