北京市 1996～ 2 0 0 0年对 2 4 89名健康人群进行了白喉抗体水平监测 ,结果显示 :各年抗体阳性率均 >92 10 %,几何平均滴度 (GMT)均 >0 12 30IU/ml。青少年白喉加强免疫程序的制定和实施已收到良好的效果 ,并在人群中形成了较好的免疫屏障。据此预测北京市近期不会发生白喉流行
Diphtheria antibody levels were monitored in 2489 healthy people from 1996 to 2000 in Beijing. The results showed that the positive rate of antibody was 92 10% in each year, and the geometric mean titers (GMT) were all 0 12 30 IU / ml. The development and implementation of adolescent diphtheria boosting immunization programs have received good results and have established a better immune barrier in the population. Based on this, it is predicted that there will be no diphtheria epidemic in Beijing in the near future
