目前,在市政桥梁工程的施工中,孔道压浆技术具有非常重要的作用,其具体的施工工艺已由传统压浆工艺发展为真空灌浆工艺。真空灌浆工艺的性能在很多方面都优于传统工艺,具有较好的发展与应用前景。本文首先对真空灌浆工艺与普通压浆工艺的区别进行了简单的介绍,然后详细总结了真空灌浆工艺的具体流程,最后通过具体工程实例对真空灌浆工艺进行了深入分析。
At present, in the construction of municipal bridge project, channel grouting technology has a very important role, and its specific construction technology has been developed from the traditional pressure grouting process for the vacuum grouting process. Vacuum grouting process performance in many ways are superior to the traditional process, with good prospects for the development and application. In this paper, the difference between vacuum grouting technology and common grouting technology is introduced briefly. Then the specific process of vacuum grouting technology is summarized in detail. Finally, the vacuum grouting technology is analyzed through concrete engineering examples.
