目的:探讨慢性前列腺炎患者前列腺液的细菌培养及耐药性分析。方法:选取我院2010年12月-2013年12月收治的280例慢性前列腺炎患者的前列腺液进行细菌培养,采用采用MicroScanWalkAway-40全自动微生物分析仪进行细菌鉴定和药敏试验。结果:280例前列腺液标本中共分离出细菌58株,阳性率为20.71%,其中一革兰氏阳性菌中凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌为主,共40株(68.97%);此菌对很多抗生素都有不同程度的耐药性。结论:对细菌性慢性前列腺炎的治疗其关键是需在正确的病原学诊断和药物敏感试验指导下合理使用抗生素。
Objective: To investigate the bacterial culture and drug resistance of prostatic fluid in patients with chronic prostatitis. Methods: Prostate fluid from 280 patients with chronic prostatitis admitted from December 2010 to December 2013 in our hospital was selected for bacterial culture. The bacteria were identified and susceptible to antibiotics by MicroScan Walkalk-40 automatic microbiological analyzer. Results: A total of 58 bacterial strains were isolated from 280 samples of prostatic fluid, the positive rate was 20.71%. Among them, one coagulase-negative staphylococci was found in Gram-positive bacteria, accounting for a total of 40 (68.97%). The bacteria were sensitive to many antibiotics Have different degrees of resistance. CONCLUSIONS: The key to the treatment of bacterial chronic prostatitis is the rational use of antibiotics under the guidance of correct etiological diagnosis and drug sensitivity tests.
