花键套因形状所致无法切削加工,采用电解加工工艺,生产效率低、精度差、寿命低,电解废液污染环境,应采用冷挤压工艺。给出花键套冷挤压成形的实用模具结构,论述了模具设计要点和工作过程。凸模用弹性夹套固定,模具对中性好,更换凸模方便。该模具上模和下模均设有顶出器和卸料装置,锻件在挤压结束后可以顺利脱模。材料利用率、生产效率、制件精度和力学性能比电解加工显著地提高。
Due to the shape of the spline sleeve can not be cut, the use of electrolytic processing technology, low production efficiency, poor precision, low life expectancy, electrolytic waste pollution of the environment, the cold extrusion process should be used. The practical mold structure of spline sleeve cold extrusion is given, and the key points and working process of mold design are discussed. Punch fixed with elastic jacket, the mold is neutral, easy to replace the punch. The upper die and the lower die of the mold are provided with an ejector and a discharge device, and the forging can be smoothly released after the extrusion is finished. Material utilization, production efficiency, workpiece accuracy and mechanical properties are significantly higher than those of electrolytic processing.
