采用3种焊丝对2519铝铜合金进行MIG焊,研究了孕育剂Ti、Zr对焊缝组织和性能的影响。结果表明:Ti和Zr的细化作用是相容的,当焊丝中单独添加孕育剂Ti或Zr时,焊缝几乎由粗大的柱状晶组成;焊丝中复合添加少量的孕育剂Ti和Zr时,Ti和Zr在熔池中分别形成Al3Ti和Al3Zr,促进了α(Al)非均质形核;随着焊丝中Ti和Zr含量的增加,焊缝组织逐步细化,当焊丝中Ti和Zr含量较高时,Ti和Zr还在熔池中形成大量的Al3(Ti,Zr)质点,促进α(Al)非均质形核;焊缝组织由细小均匀的等轴晶组成,显著提高了接头强度和塑性。
The effects of inoculants Ti and Zr on the microstructure and properties of 2519 aluminum-copper alloy were studied by using three welding wires. The results show that the refining effect of Ti and Zr are compatible. When Ti or Zr is separately added as the inoculant in the welding wire, the weld consists almost of coarse columnar crystals. When a small amount of inoculant Ti and Zr are added to the welding wire, Ti and Zr formed Al3Ti and Al3Zr in the molten pool, respectively, promoting the α (Al) heterogeneous nucleation. With the increase of Ti and Zr content in the welding wire, the weld microstructure was gradually refined. When the content of Ti and Zr At higher temperatures, Ti and Zr also formed a large amount of Al3 (Ti, Zr) particles in the weld pool to promote α (Al) heterogeneous nucleation. The microstructure of the weld was composed of fine and uniform equiaxed grains, Strength and plasticity.
