消费几乎是每个普通百姓日常生活必不可少的一部分,《中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法》作为调整消费者消费的一部法律,与群众联系的密切程度不言而喻。《中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法》于1994年实施,自实施以来在维护消费者合法权益,加强消费者维权意识,解决消费纠纷,维护社会公平以及促进社会稳定方面发挥了极大的作用。然而,随着我国社会主义市场经济的不断发展、完善,《消费者权益保护法》在一些方面已不能再适应现实中产生的一系列消费权益纠纷。因此,对于《消费者权益保护法》的修改与完善已迫在眉睫。
Consumption is almost an indispensable part of the daily life of every ordinary people. The Law of the People’s Republic of China on Protection of the Rights and Interests of Consumers, as a law regulating consumer’s consumption, is self-evident in its close contact with the masses. The Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Consumers was implemented in 1994 and has played a significant role in safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, strengthening consumer awareness of rights protection, resolving consumer disputes, safeguarding social equity and promoting social stability since its implementation. However, with the constant development and improvement of the socialist market economy in our country, the “Consumer Protection Law” can no longer meet a series of consumer rights disputes that have arisen in reality. Therefore, the “Consumer Protection Law” amendment and improvement is imminent.
