[目的]建立了在同一液相色谱条件下测定多杀菌素和毒死蜱的定量分析方法。[方法]以甲醇-乙腈-0.05%乙酸钠溶液(体积比45∶45∶10)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,使用Amethyst C18-H色谱柱,紫外波长检测器,柱温为20℃,选择250 nm为检测波长进行检测。[结果]方法对于多杀菌素和毒死蜱组分的标准偏差分别为0.0541、0.070 1,变异系数为0.621%、0.578%,平均回收率为97.45%、100.03%,线性相关系数为0.999 9、0.999 7。[结论]该方法具有简便、快捷、分离效果好、精密度和准确度高、线性关系好的特点。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a quantitative method for the determination of spinosad and chlorpyrifos under the same liquid chromatographic conditions. [Method] With methanol-acetonitrile-0.05% sodium acetate solution (volume ratio 45:45:10) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min, Amethyst C18-H column and UV wavelength detector ℃, select the detection wavelength of 250 nm for testing. [Results] The standard deviations of spinosad and chlorpyrifos were 0.0541,0.070 1, 0.621% and 0.578% respectively. The average recoveries were 97.45% and 100.03% respectively. The linear correlation coefficients were 0.999 9 and 0.9999 . [Conclusion] The method is simple, rapid, good separation effect, high precision and accuracy, good linear relationship.
