在液压机构中,不少地方采用液压缸。当同一装置中要求两个缸或多个缸实现先后动作时,一般是在液压系统中采用顺序阀或压力继电器。这种方法使液压元件增多,增加了成本,同时增加了动作失误的机率。再一种方法是在缸壁上适当的位置钻油孔通道(图1)。当活塞向右运动到头时,露出缸壁上的油孔,压力油由此孔输至下一油缸,实现第二缸的动作。这种结构受到活塞行程的限制,活塞宽度B必须大于活塞冲程S,才能保证活塞向左运动到头后,仍能盖住缸壁上的油孔通道。
In hydraulic institutions, many places use hydraulic cylinder. When two or more cylinders are required to be actuated one after the other in the same installation, it is common to use sequence valves or pressure relays in the hydraulic system. This method increases the number of hydraulic components, increases the cost, and increases the chance of malfunction. Another method is to drill the oil well channel in the right place on the cylinder wall (Figure 1). When the piston moves to the right, exposing the oil hole on the cylinder wall, the pressure oil from the hole to the next cylinder, to achieve the second cylinder action. This structure is limited by the piston stroke, piston width B must be greater than the piston stroke S, in order to ensure that the piston left to head, still can cover the oil channel on the cylinder wall.
