为满足国家天然气输送管的性能要求,中国重型机械研究院股份公司(简称中国重型院)为中国石油集团石油管工程技术研究院研制了国内首台轴向压缩-弯曲复合大变形试验系统。本文主要介绍了该试验系统的设备组成特点、主要技术参数和采用的一些关键技术。现场的多次试验管复合大变形试验表明,该试验系统可进行压缩-弯曲复合大变形试验,实验结果能满足设计要求,运行稳定可靠,为天然气输送用国内输送管的实际应用提供了可靠的试验数据。
In order to meet the performance requirements of the national natural gas transmission pipelines, China National Heavy Machinery Research Institute Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as “China Heavy Duty Institute”) developed the first large-scale axial compression-bending composite deformation test system for China National Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Technology Research Institute. This article mainly introduces the equipment characteristics, main technical parameters and some key technologies adopted in the test system. The large deformation test of the multiple test tubes at the site shows that the system can perform the compression-bending composite large deformation test, the experimental results can meet the design requirements, and the operation is stable and reliable, which provides a reliable and practical guide for the practical application of the domestic conveying pipe for natural gas transportation Test Data.
