目的:建立全血中铅测定的微波消解—原子荧光光谱方法。方法:确定铅的快速微波消解程序,确定氢化物发生原子荧光光谱仪的仪器工作条件及最佳氢化反应条件。结果:样品测定范围为31.2~500 ng/ml,线性范围0.5~8 ng/ml时,工作曲线的相关系数r=0.9996,方法检出限0.15 ng/ml,相对标准偏差4.65%,加标回收率92.8%~104.2%。结论:方法检出限低,精密度及准确度高,满足全血铅的分析要求。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of lead in whole blood by microwave digestion - atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods: A rapid microwave digestion procedure was established to determine the instrument operating conditions and the optimum hydrogenation conditions for hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results: The correlation coefficient of the working curve was 0.9996 with the range of 31.2-500 ng / ml and the linear range of 0.5-8 ng / ml. The detection limit was 0.15 ng / ml and the relative standard deviation was 4.65% Rate of 92.8% ~ 104.2%. Conclusion: The method has the advantages of low detection limit, high precision and high accuracy, which meets the analytical requirements of whole blood lead.
