目的:研究6,8-二-三氟甲基-7-乙酰氧基白杨素(dFMAChR)的抗宫颈癌作用。方法:体外培养人宫颈癌(HeLa)细胞,采用MTT比色法测定不同浓度dFMAChR作用72 h对HeLa细胞增殖相对抑制率;建立人宫颈癌裸鼠移植瘤模型,评价dFMAChR在体人宫颈癌治疗的有效性。结果:MTT法测定结果显示,dFMAChR抑制体外培养HeLa细胞生长,呈浓度依赖性。人宫颈癌裸鼠移植瘤模型治疗实验结果表明,dFMAChR对人宫颈癌裸鼠移植瘤的生长具有抑制作用,呈剂量和时间依赖性。结论:dFMAChR能抑制人宫颈癌裸鼠移植瘤生长。
Objective: To investigate the anti-cervical cancer effect of 6,8-bis-trifluoromethyl-7-acetoxychuangin (dFMAChR). Methods: HeLa cells were cultured in vitro. MTT assay was used to determine the relative inhibitory rate of proliferation of HeLa cells treated with different concentrations of dFMAChR for 72 hours. A human cervical cancer xenograft model was established to evaluate the effect of dFMAChR on human cervical cancer Effectiveness. Results: The results of MTT assay showed that dFMAChR inhibited the growth of HeLa cells in vitro in a concentration-dependent manner. Human cervical cancer xenograft tumor model experimental results show that, dFMAChR inhibit the growth of human cervical cancer xenografts in a dose-and time-dependent manner. Conclusion: dFMAChR can inhibit the growth of human cervical cancer xenografts in nude mice.
