目的:探讨动态三维超声对胎儿心脏病早期诊断的价值。方法:随机对孕12~20周胎儿采用动态三维超声彩色复制模式,筛查心脏病,主要取四腔心、右室流出道与肺动脉长轴,左室流出道与升主动脉长轴等多切面检查。结果:433例孕12~20周胎儿筛查心脏病中,12例动态三维超声诊断胎儿心脏病,均行治疗性引产,10例病理尸解证实,其中1例心包积液,6例伴多发畸形。2例拒绝尸解。结论:动态三维超声对胎儿心脏病早期诊断具有重要价值。胎儿心脏动态三维超声血流显示更直观形象,有助胎儿心脏病早期诊断。
Objective: To investigate the value of dynamic three-dimensional ultrasound in the early diagnosis of fetal heart disease. Methods: Fetal children aged 12-20 weeks were randomized to receive 3D dynamic color Doppler echocardiography to screen for heart disease. Four-chamber heart, right ventricular outflow tract, long axis of pulmonary artery, long axis of left ventricular outflow tract and ascending aorta were selected randomly Section inspection. Results: Among 433 fetuses with gestational age of 12 to 20 weeks, 12 cases of fetal heart disease were diagnosed by dynamic three-dimensional sonography. All of them were treated with induced abortion and 10 cases were confirmed by autopsy. Among them, 1 case had pericardial effusion and 6 cases had multiple deformity. 2 cases refused to autopsy. Conclusion: Dynamic three-dimensional ultrasound is of great value in the early diagnosis of fetal heart disease. Fetal heart dynamic three-dimensional ultrasound blood flow shows a more intuitive image, helps early diagnosis of fetal heart disease.
