企业人力资源管理外包是一种全新的人力资源管理方式,已经逐步发展成为企业提升竞争力的重要手段之一,对于提升人力资源管理效益至关重要。然而,当前我国人力资源管理外包机制还不够健全,由此而导致人力资源管理外包不仅展示出优势,而且也为企业带来了一些风险。本文在界定企业人力资源管理外包概念的基础上,阐述了企业人力资源管理外包的必要性和存在的风险,提出要从政府出台相应的配套政策、测算外包成本效益、认真确定人力资源外包项目、合理应对人力资源外包后的新变化、制定详细周密的外包计划、形成人力资源管理风险预警机制、借鉴国外人力资源外包先进经验、实现全面而有效的沟通及时监控和评价外包成效等方面防范企业人力资源管理外包风险。
Human resource management outsourcing is a brand new way of human resource management, which has gradually developed into an important means for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness. It is very important for improving the efficiency of human resource management. However, at present, the human resource management outsourcing mechanism in our country is still not sound enough.
