从比较生理学角度 ,研究了有关防御酶系与甜菜抗(耐)丛根病特性的关系 ,由试验结果看出 ,SOD、LOX和MAD与抗病性有关 ,特别是抗丛根病品种在病地上的SOD活性较无病地上的有相对较大的增加 ,而感病品种较正常的SOD活性相对降低 ,表明抗病品种有较强的清除活性氧的能力 ,故可作为抗丛根病选育种的生理指标
From the perspective of comparative physiology, the relationship between defensive enzymes and resistance to root diseases of sugar beet was studied.
