采用自制的成型设备研究了超饱和气体法制备不饱和聚酯微孔塑料的工艺和配方。采用显微镜对试样进行分析,确定不饱和聚酯微孔塑料的泡孔直径及密度,分析了影响泡孔直径及密度的因素。结果表明:I阶段保压时间是主要影响因素。在室温下用超饱和气体法制备微孔塑料较优的工艺和配方为:I阶段5 MPa和II阶段2 MPa压力各保压30 m in,固化剂含量4%,促进剂含量3%,制备的微孔塑料泡孔直径为10μm,泡孔密度为4.70×1011个/cm3。
The process and formula for preparing unsaturated polyester microporous plastic by super-saturated gas method were studied by self-made molding equipment. The samples were analyzed with a microscope to determine the cell diameter and density of the unsaturated polyester microporous plastics, and the factors affecting the cell diameter and density were analyzed. The results show that: I-stage dwell time is the main influencing factor.
