中国内燃机工业协会一届五次分会秘书长会议于1995年7月11～14日在承德市召开,出席会议的有总会和16个分会正、副秘书长及《内燃机配件》期刊的代表共40人.中国内燃机工业协会刘洪林理事长出席了会议并致开幕词,他着重介绍了当前国家经济形势和我国内燃机行业的情况.承德曲轴连杆股份有限公司范副总经理致欢迎词并介绍了公司的情况.会上,总会秘书处把准备在第二届会员代表大会上提出的《中国内燃机工业协会工作总结报告》(讨论稿)和《中国内燃机工业协会章程》、《中国内燃机工业协会组织工作条例》、《中国内燃机工业协会团体会员交纳会费的规定》等文件的修改稿提交秘书长会议讨论,以便广泛征求意见.秘书长们对提交的文件进行了认真的讨论,对总结报告进行了修改和补充,同意协会章程和组织工作条例的修改意见.秘书长们对于《中国内燃机工业协会团体会员交纳会费的规定
The five sessions of the first session of the China National Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association meeting were held in Chengde City from July 11 to 14, 1995. The meeting was attended by representatives of the General Conference and 16 chapters, the Deputy Secretary-General and the Journal of Internal Combustion Engines. 40. Chairman of the China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association Liu Honglin attended the meeting and delivered an opening speech. He focused on the current national economic situation and the situation of China’s internal combustion engine industry. The deputy general manager of Chengde Crankshaft Connecting Rod Co., Ltd. delivered a welcome speech and introduced The company’s situation. At the meeting, the Secretariat of the General Conference prepared the “China Engine Industry Association Working Summary Report” (discussion draft) and the “Chinese Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association Constitution” and “China Internal Combustion Engine Industry” to be proposed at the second session of the member congress. Relevant documents such as the “Organizational Work Regulations” and “Regulations on the payment of membership fees by corporate members of the China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association” are submitted to the Secretary-General for discussion, so that opinions can be widely solicited. The Secretary-General conducted serious discussions on the submitted documents and summarized the report. The amendments and supplements were made, agreeing with the amendments to the association’s articles of association and organizational rules of work.
