春秋战国时期是中国古代思想百花齐放,百家争鸣的时代。人们的思想解放,学术自由。出现了一大批伟大的思想家、教育家。给后世留下了巨大的精神财富。“蓬生麻中不扶而直”是荀子的教育思想。而“因材施教”则是中国教育先驱孔子的成功教育理念。它们是古代教育思想的精华。是我们的祖先贡献给世界教育的双璧。对我们今天的教育工作者仍具有现实意义和指导意义。同样是中国古代伟大的教育家,中国教育先驱、先哲,留给我们两种不同的教育思想、教育观点。我们应当怎样理解他们的教育思想,并运用到教学中呢?笔者在近几年的教学中思考并运用他们的教育思想,取得了一些成绩。
