随着近年来,全球经济的高速发展,我国社会主义市场经济也得到了快速发展,我国的旅游行业也逐渐受到了关注。我国的旅游景区主要是国有的经营模式,我们都知道在国有的经营模式下,人力资源管理中存在很多问题。然而旅游景区属于劳动密集型行业,因此人力资源的管理成本是很高的。同时现阶段景区注重环境和资源的保护,忽视了人力资源管理的成本的控制。本文对景区人力资源成本控制的必要性,问题和对策进行了阐述。
With the rapid development of the global economy in recent years, China’s socialist market economy has also witnessed rapid development. China’s tourism industry has also drawn increasing attention. China’s tourist attractions are mainly state-owned business models, and we all know that there are many problems in human resource management under the state-owned business model. However, tourist attractions belong to labor-intensive industries, so the management cost of human resources is very high. At the same time, the scenic spot focuses on the protection of environment and resources and neglects the control of the cost of human resource management. This paper elaborates the necessity, problems and countermeasures of human resource cost control in scenic area.
