以苹果腐烂病菌菌丝生长为研究对象,研究了姜研磨液、蒜研磨液、姜内可培养内生细菌和蒜内可培养内生细菌对苹果腐烂病的拮抗作用。结果表明:姜研磨液对苹果腐烂病菌菌丝的抑制效果较好,蒜研磨液对苹果腐烂病菌菌丝生长没有抑制效果;蒜内分离到2株可培养的内生细菌对苹果腐烂病菌菌丝生长有明显的抑制效果,姜内没有分离到对此病害有抑制效果的可培养内生细菌。
In order to study the mycelium growth of apple rot disease, the antagonistic effects of ginger grinding solution, garlic grinding solution, endophytic bacteria in ginger and endophytic bacteria in garlic on apple rot were studied. The results showed that ginger extract had a good inhibitory effect on mycelial growth of apple rot pathogenic bacteria, and garlic grinding solution had no inhibitory effect on the mycelial growth of apple rot pathogen.
