教师培训是教师专业持续发展的根本保证。本文以北京市海淀区中学政治学科骨干教师研修为例,提出了着眼于中小学教师教育科研能力提升的培训模式,即基于问题解决的行动研究模式。阐述了该培训模式下的培训目标设计、培训内容设计与操作流程、培训效果及反思,为中小学教师创新培训模式提供了成功的案例。
Teacher training is the fundamental guarantee for the continuous development of teachers. Taking the training of backbone teachers in middle school political science in Haidian District of Beijing as an example, this paper puts forward a training mode that focuses on improving the ability of primary and secondary school teachers’ education and research, that is, the action research mode based on problem solving. The training target design, training content design and operation process, training effect and reflection are described in this training mode, which provides a successful case for primary and secondary school teachers’ innovative training mode.
