目的:探讨脑梗死血清TNF变化特点及其与免疫功能关系。方法:测定46例患者血TNF、T淋巴细胞亚群、Ig水平并与30例对照组比较。结果:脑梗死组TNF、IgA、IgM、CD4/CD8比对照组显著升高,经治疗2周后TNF仍处于较高水平,与治疗前比较无显著性差异。结论:血TNF变化及细胞与体液免疫的紊乱状态,是造成脑动脉粥样硬化、血栓形成的重要因素,阻断TNF的表达及改善免疫功能对预防脑梗死有一定意义。
Objective: To investigate the changes of serum TNF in patients with cerebral infarction and its relationship with immune function. Methods: The blood levels of TNF, T lymphocyte subsets and Ig in 46 patients were measured and compared with 30 control subjects. Results: The levels of TNF, IgA, IgM, CD4 / CD8 in cerebral infarction group were significantly higher than those in control group. After 2 weeks of treatment, TNF was still at a high level, with no significant difference compared with that before treatment. CONCLUSION: The changes of serum TNF and cellular and humoral immune disorders are important factors contributing to cerebral atherosclerosis and thrombosis. Blocking the expression of TNF and improving immune function have some significance in preventing cerebral infarction.
