目的探讨黏液表皮样癌中凝血酶敏感蛋白-1(TSP-1)与肿瘤血管生成及其生物学行为之间的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测45例黏液表皮样癌中微血管密度(MVD)值和TSP-1的表达。结果黏液表皮样癌中TSP-1阳性表达率为57.78%(26/45),绝大多数表达于肿瘤细胞的胞浆中,少数表达于肿瘤细胞外基质。在45例黏液表皮样癌组织中平均MVD为(60.68±19.84)/100倍视野,具有TSP-1强表达的肿瘤组织中显示MVD值较低,TSP-1的免疫活性与MVD间呈显著负相关(rs=-0.942,P<0.001)。结论TSP-1在黏液表皮样癌中呈较高表达与黏液表皮样癌中的血管生成呈负相关,可能有抑制黏液表皮样癌中血管生长的作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between thrombospondin-1 (TSP-1) and tumor angiogenesis and its biological behavior in mucoepidermoid carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of MVD and TSP-1 in 45 cases of mucoepidermoid carcinoma. Results The positive expression rate of TSP-1 in mucoepidermoid carcinoma was 57.78% (26/45). Most of them were expressed in the cytoplasm of tumor cells and a few were expressed in the extracellular matrix of tumor. The average MVD in 45 cases of mucoepidermoid carcinoma was (60.68 ± 19.84) / 100 times of field of vision. The tumors with strong expression of TSP-1 showed low MVD and significant negative correlation between TSP-1 immunoreactivity and MVD (Rs = -0.942, P <0.001). Conclusion The high expression of TSP-1 in mucoepidermoid carcinoma is negatively correlated with the angiogenesis in mucoepidermoid carcinoma, which may have the effect of inhibiting angiogenesis in mucoepidermoid carcinoma.
