时代发展变化之下,我国工程建设在技术上得到的发展也逐渐成熟,尤其是工程建设施工、监理等有关单位的专业技术队伍人员不断发展壮大。关于各工程相关单位的专业技术队伍的壮大,其中对其进行的职务评审工作非常重要且关键,它既是严格把关工程相关专业人员职务的重要手段,也是激励工程专业人才不断发展的重要方式。本文则主要分析施工单位当中的专业技术职务评审管理工作,就当前其工作的现状具体给出如何做好该项工作的建议,以期在提供一定参考的基础上不断促进工程施工单位的人才管理发展。
Under the development and changes of the times, the technical development in our country’s engineering construction has also gradually matured. In particular, the contingent of professional and technical personnel in engineering construction, supervision and other relevant units has continuously grown in strength. It is very important and pivotal to the expansion of the professional technical team of the relevant units in each project. It is not only an important means of strictly checking the positions of relevant professionals in engineering projects, but also the important way of encouraging the continuous development of engineering professionals. This article mainly analyzes the professional and technical job evaluation and management work among construction units, and gives concrete suggestions on how to do this work on the current situation of the work. With a view to providing some reference, it will continue to promote the development of talent management in construction units .
