目的:探讨Bcl-2、Bax在实验性大鼠腮腺导管细胞、腺泡细胞的表达与细胞形态学改变的关系。方法:采用颈总动脉结扎建立腮腺缺血再灌注模型,用光镜、免疫组化的方法,观察腮腺腺泡细胞形态学改变及Bcl-2、Bax的表达差别。结果:实验组在缺血再灌注早期,开始出现形态学改变,中期明显,后期渐修复。在假手术对照组与实验组,Bcl-2在腺泡上皮细胞中表达强于导管上皮细胞;Bax在导管上皮细胞中表达早期强于腺泡上皮细胞。结论:实验性腮腺缺血再灌注大鼠腮腺导管细胞有形态学改变;Bcl-2在腺泡上皮细胞内表达高于导管细胞,Bax在导管细胞表达早期高于腺泡细胞,导管细胞可能比腺泡细胞更容易发生凋亡。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in parotid ductal cells and acinar cells in experimental rats and the morphological changes of the cells. Methods: The models of ischemia and reperfusion of the parotid gland were established by ligation of the common carotid artery. Morphological changes of the parotid acinar cells and the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax were observed by light microscopy and immunohistochemistry. Results: In the early stage of ischemia-reperfusion, the experimental group began to show morphological changes, with obvious mid-term and gradual repair later. In the sham operation control group and experimental group, the expression of Bcl-2 was stronger in ductal epithelial cells than in ductal epithelial cells; Bax was stronger in early stage of ductal epithelial cells than in acinar epithelial cells. CONCLUSION: Parotid ductal cells in experimental parotid gland ischemia-reperfusion rats have morphological changes. Bcl-2 expression in ductal epithelial cells is higher than that in ductal epithelial cells. The expression of Bax in ductal cells is higher than that in acinar cells at early stage. Acinar cells are more prone to apoptosis.
