在黑龙江省哈尔滨市典型稻作区,对田间害鼠数量进行了逐月监测,并在此基础上进行了田间鼠害防治试验。试验利用自制的蛇形管毒饵站,采用毒饵消耗量和夹夜法相结合的方法,研究了溴敌隆对田间害鼠的防治效果。试验结果表明,经过20d灭杀,处理区害鼠数量随时间呈持续下降趋势,而对照区害鼠数量随时间呈持续上升趋势。试验开始阶段,处理区害鼠数量显著高于对照,到试验结束时,处理区害鼠数量低于对照。夹捕结果表明,以对照区鼠密度为标准,防治效果达到82.3%。如果考虑到试验开始时处理区鼠密度高于对照区,防治效果应当更好。
In the typical paddy rice area of Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, the number of pest rats in the field was monitored on a monthly basis, and on the basis of this, field pest control tests were conducted. In the experiment, the self-made serpentine tube bait station was used to study the control effect of bromadiolone against field pest rats by combining the consumption of bait and the method of capturing the night. The results showed that after 20 days of killing, the number of rats in the treatment area continued to decline with time, while the number of rats in the control area continued to increase with time. At the beginning of the experiment, the number of harmful rats in the treatment area was significantly higher than that of the control. At the end of the experiment, the number of harmful rats in the treatment area was lower than that of the control. The results of capture showed that the control effect reached 82.3% based on the control mouse density. If we consider that the density of treated mice is higher than the control area at the beginning of the experiment, the control effect should be better.
