在制取适当成分的钕铁硼永磁合金的基础上,研究了退火温度、退火时间与退欠级数对合金组织形态与矫顽力的影响。运用粉末冶金液相烧结理论和热处理原理,解释了不同退火温度对合金组织与性能所造成的差别,初步确定了富钕液相对主相表面的润湿关系,同时依据组织的变化探讨了矫顽力机理,从而指出,要形成具有高矫顽力的组织,就必须进行多级退火。本实验还首次发现,在共晶温度下过长时间的退火会导致富钕相聚集成团。通过研究,笔者提出了一套实用的热处理工艺。
Based on the preparation of NdFeB permanent magnetic alloys with appropriate composition, the effects of annealing temperature, annealing time and the number of back-off stages on the microstructure and coercivity of the alloy were studied. The differences between the microstructure and properties of the alloy at different annealing temperatures were explained by using the theory of liquid phase sintering and the principle of heat treatment. The relationship between the wetting of the Nd-rich liquid phase and the main phase was preliminarily determined. At the same time, the coercivity Force mechanism, which pointed out that to form a high coercivity of the organization, it is necessary to carry out multi-stage annealing. It is also found for the first time in this experiment that annealing for a long time at the eutectic temperature leads to the accumulation of neodymium-rich phases. Through research, the author put forward a set of practical heat treatment process.
