石家庄市海天饲料厂于1993年创办,座落于河北省正定县火车站北三公里处的永安村南。现有职工102人,固定资产180万元。该厂所在地是蛋鸡业和饲料加工业相对密集区,市场竞争比较激烈。加之建厂晚,人员新,基础差,经历了创业的种种艰难。千难万难,产品打开市场最难。面对激烈的市场竞争,海天一反“大厂靠推销,小厂靠赊销”的做法,开辟了一条独居特色的营销之路。海天人认为:推销的弊端是费用的增加,赊销的做法犹如“饮鸩止渴”。根本的出路是以最低的费用生产出最好的产品,以质优价适吸引客户找上门来购买。
