风城油田超稠油资源丰富,目前控制地质储量3.6×108t,是新疆油田公司今后上产的一个主32井区原油50℃粘度7611~41850 mPa·s(平均1367 mPa·s),并且泥沙含量大,油水分离相当困难。本文主要针对风城稠油物性及采出液脱水难点进行分析和研究,通过分析原油中各组份对采出液破乳效果影响,结合风城稠油采出液稳定机理进行分析和研究,优选出了适合风城稠油的高效破入籍,并将优选配方进行现场中试,取得了良好的效果。此外,随着采出液物性的不断变化,对破乳剂配方进一步优化,形成了现有的高效破乳剂。
The abundant heavy oil in Fengcheng Oilfield is rich in resources. At present, the controllable geological reserve is 3.6 × 108t, which is the viscosity of crude oil of 7611 ~ 41850 mPa · s (average 1367 mPa · s) at 50 ℃ in one main well of Xinjiang Oilfield Company in the future. Sand content, oil-water separation is quite difficult. In this paper, we analyzed and researched the physical properties of Fengcheng thick oil and the difficulties in the dehydration of production fluid. By analyzing the influence of each component of crude oil on the demulsification effect of the produced fluid and the stability mechanism of the fluid produced from Fengcheng heavy oil, We have selected the suitable for Fengcheng heavy oil broken membership, and the preferred formula on-site pilot, and achieved good results. In addition, with the ever-changing physical properties of the recovered fluid, the formulation of the demulsifier is further optimized to form the existing highly effective demulsifier.
