老年性骨质疏松是一种常见的老年性疾病,表现为骨量减少以及骨质微观结构的退化,其结果势必增加骨折的敏感性。随着人口的老龄化,老年性骨质疏松的发病率越来越高。因此,防治骨质疏松是提高老年人生活质量的关键。引起老年性骨质疏松的主要原因是衰老过程中机体代谢调节机能下降或(和)紊乱以及营养摄入和身体活动的减少;而有规律适量的运动锻炼是预防老年性骨质疏松的非药物手段,老年性骨质疏松的运动处方应以有氧锻炼为基础,循序渐进,并辅以一定数量的中等强度的抗阻锻炼。
