目的 研究小剂量康力龙口服对部分性生长激素缺乏症患儿生长追赶的疗效。方法 对 14例部分性生长激素缺乏症患儿 ,予康力龙每日 2 0～ 40 μg/kg口服 ,治疗 4～ 13个月 ,平均 (6 5 4± 2 5 6 )个月 ,以身高增长速度 (GV) (cm/a)、按年龄身高z评分 (HtSDSca)、按骨龄的身高z评分 (HtSDSba)、身高年龄增长值 ( HA)与骨龄增长值 ( BA)的比值 ( HA/ BA)、预测成年身高改变及胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ (IGF Ⅰ )水平变化等指标综合评价疗效。结果 患儿GV平均由 (4 18± 1 2 5 )cm/a提高到 (8 72± 2 5 4)cm/a(P <0 0 1) ,平均HtSDSca由 - 2 5 8± 0 5 5提高到 - 2 36± 0 6 (P <0 0 1)。HtSDSba由 - 1 17± 0 5 8提高到 - 0 91± 0 6 5 (P <0 0 5 ) ,平均 HA为 (0 80± 0 42 )岁 ,平均 BA为 (0 5 8± 0 36 )岁 , HA/ BA值为 (1 91± 1 6 7)。预测成年身高由 (15 6 2± 4 76 )cm增加至 (15 8 0 8± 6 5 9)cm(P <0 0 5 )。IGF Ⅰ值由 (2 86 5 4± 142 2 1)ng/mL提高到 (5 34 0 0± 198 95 )ng/mL(P <0 0 1)。IGF Ⅰ的z评分值由 (- 0 48± 0 74)提高到 (0 87± 0 82 ) (P <0 0 1)。结论 小剂量康力龙口服对青春前期的部分性生长激素缺乏症患儿实现生长追赶有较好效果。治疗过程中

The predicted adult height increased from (15 6 2 ± 4 76) cm to (15 8 0 8 ± 6 5 9) cm (P 0 05). IGF Ⅰ increased from (2 86 54 ± 142 2 1) ng / mL to (5 34 0 0 ± 198 95) ng / mL (P 0 01). The z score of IGF Ⅰ increased from (-488 ± 0 74) to (87 87 ± 0 82) (P <0.01).
