丙烯碳酸酯(Propylene carbonate)是一环酯溶剂,因具有无毒及无刺激性质,在软膏中作为助溶剂。本品在正常贮藏条件下稳定,但经加热及遇酸、碱或盐类,降解为氧化丙烯及二氧化碳。丙烯碳酸酯含有丙醛及丙二醇、氧化丙烯、丙烯醇和水等杂质。已有检测方法如GC 法不理想,碱量法及碘量法专属性不高,紫外分光光度法受丙二醇及丙醛干扰。作者等采用反相HPLC法测定。层析柱用Zorbax ODS(250cm×4.6mm),Mode/R401示差析光检测器检测。流动相为甲醇-水(1:9),流速1.0ml/min,进样量2μl,标准溶液为丙烯碳酸酯4mg/ml 流动相液;内标溶液为雷琐辛2.5 mg/
Propylene carbonate is a cyclic ester solvent that acts as a cosolvent in ointments due to its non-toxic and non-irritating properties. This product is stable under normal storage conditions but degrades to propylene oxide and carbon dioxide upon heating and in acid, alkali or salt. Propylene carbonate contains propionaldehyde and propylene glycol, propylene oxide, propylene alcohol and water impurities. Existing detection methods such as GC method is not ideal, alkali method and iodometric method is not high specificity, ultraviolet spectrophotometry by propylene glycol and propionaldehyde interference. The authors used reverse phase HPLC method. The column was detected with a Zorbax ODS (250 cm × 4.6 mm), Mode / R401 differential optical detector. The mobile phase was methanol-water (1: 9), the flow rate was 1.0ml / min and the injection volume was 2μl. The standard solution was 4mg / ml propylene carbonate as mobile phase.
