在目前的建筑能耗模拟中,房间内人员数量、建筑设备的开关状态等信息主要采用简单的固定作息来描述,不能实现人员活动的随机性、复杂性和多样性等行为的定量刻画。开发了一个人行为功能模型单元(obFMU),实现了基于功能模型接口(FMI)标准的obFMU与能耗模拟软件的协同仿真;并通过建筑人行为空调开关操控算例说明了obFMU协同仿真的使用方法与适用性。
