目的 :研究旱柳叶的化学成分及其对脂肪细胞质脂分解的影响。方法 :用化学和光谱方法进行了化学成分的研究 ;用正常大鼠附睾处脂肪细胞观察化学成分对由去甲肾上腺素 (NE)诱导的脂肪分解作用。结果 :分离出 3种单体 ,为芹黄素 7 O β D 吡喃葡萄糖醛酸苷 ,木樨草素 7 O β D 吡喃葡萄糖醛酸苷和木樨草素 3′ 甲醚 7 O β D 吡喃葡萄糖醛酸苷 ;前 2种可增加由NE促进的脂解过程中脂肪酸的释放量。 结论 :3种化合物均为首次从柳属植物叶片中获得 ;芹黄素 7 O β D 吡喃葡萄糖醛酸苷和木樨草素 7 O β D 吡喃葡萄糖醛酸苷可促进由NE诱导的脂解作用 ,木樨草素 3′ 甲醚 7 O β D 吡喃葡萄糖醛酸苷无明显作用。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of leaves of S. matsudana and their effects on the lipolysis of fat cells. METHODS: Chemical compositions were studied chemically and spectroscopically; adipocytes from the epididymis of normal rats were used to observe the chemical composition of noradrenaline (NE)-induced lipolysis. RESULTS: Three kinds of monomers were isolated, which were apigenin 7 O β D glucuronide, luteolin 7 O β D glucuronide and luteolin 3′ methyl ether 7 O β D pir Glucuronide; The first two can increase the release of fatty acids from lipolysis promoted by NE. Conclusion: All three compounds were obtained from the leaves of Salix plants for the first time; apigenin 7 O β D glucuronide and luteolin 7 O β D glucuronide promoted NE-induced lipids Decomposition, luteolin 3′ methyl ether 7 O β D glucuronide has no obvious effect.
