吡啶联苯胺法是水中氰化物的经典测定方法,该法具有灵敏度高,操作条件较易掌握等优点。但盐酸联苯胺是致癌物质,不利于操作者,近年来相继提出的吡啶—吡唑啉酮法,异菸酸=吡唑啉酮法,由于试剂不稳定,操作条件要求较高而没有推广。本文对吡啶巴比妥睃法测定水中氰化物的条件,试剂用量等因素进行了实验,现将结果报告于后。
Pyridine benzidine method is the classic determination of cyanide in water, the method has the advantages of high sensitivity, easy to grasp operating conditions. However, benzidine hydrochloride is a carcinogen which is unfavorable to the operator. In recent years, pyridine-pyrazolone method and isonicotinic acid = pyrazolone method have been proposed one after another. Due to the instability of reagents and the high operating conditions, there is no promotion. In this paper, pyridine barbiturate method of determination of cyanide in water conditions, reagents and other factors were tested, the results are reported later.
