烟草生长显著地受根际pH值的影响。伸根期时,弱酸性处理的烟草叶片光合速率和生长速率高于中性及弱碱性处理。进入旺长期后,烟草叶片光合速率和生长速率从大到小的顺序为pH7.5一8.0>pH4.0>pH5.5一6.5>pH8.5。pH值不改变根、茎、叶占全株总重的比例,但干物质积累量以pH8.0的为最高。烟叶中氮、钾总量随pH值上升而增加,磷总量几乎不受pH值的影响。pH8.5显著抑制烟草生长,因此提出土壤pH值超过8.0时则不宜种植烟草。
Tobacco growth is significantly affected by rhizosphere pH. At the rooting stage, photosynthetic rate and growth rate of weakly acidic tobacco leaves were higher than that of neutral and weakly alkaline treatments. After entering the long period, photosynthetic rate and growth rate of tobacco leaves in descending order of pH7.5 a 8.0> pH4.0> pH5.5 a 6.5> pH8.5. The pH did not change the ratio of root, stem and leaf to the total weight of the whole plant, but the dry matter accumulation was the highest at pH8.0. The total amount of nitrogen and potassium in tobacco increased with the increase of pH, and the total amount of phosphorus was hardly affected by pH value. pH8.5 significantly inhibited tobacco growth, it is proposed that the soil pH value of more than 8.0 when it is not suitable for planting tobacco.
