利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和偏光显微镜研究了芳酰胺类β成核剂TMB-5作用下聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)非等温结晶行为,比较研究了二者共混方法的影响。实验结果表明TMB-5对PVDF有良好的成核作用,能显著提高PVDF的结晶速率,降低PVDF结晶所需过冷度。但不同TMB-5和PVDF的混合方式(溶液共混和熔融共混)下,TMB-5对PVDF非等温结晶行为的促进作用具有较大差别。即,相对于熔融共混,溶液共混会促使TMB-5自组装为比表面积更小、分散欠均匀的片状形态,弱化其对PVDF的成核作用。
The non-isothermal crystallization behavior of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) was investigated by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and polarized light microscope (TMB-5). The effects of the two methods were compared . The experimental results show that TMB-5 has a good nucleation effect on PVDF, can significantly improve the crystallization rate of PVDF and reduce the degree of undercooling required for crystallization of PVDF. However, the effect of TMB-5 on the non-isothermal crystallization behavior of PVDF is quite different under different mixing modes of TMB-5 and PVDF (solution blending and melt blending). That is, compared with melt blending, solution blending will promote the self-assembly of TMB-5 to a smaller specific surface area and disperse less uniform sheet morphology, weakening its nucleation effect on PVDF.
