通过模型试验,测定在不同条件下料层内主气流线的变化,来探讨下部调剂手段与软熔带形状的关系。与此同时,用因次分析法和模型试验,推导并确定软熔带气体阻力系数梯度(§/H)与焦炭夹层的层数(n),厚度(h)、宽度(L)和焦炭空隙度(e)之间的函数关系,即§/H=KL~(0.188)·n~(-0.46)·h~(-0.63)·ε~(-3.74),并论述了§/H式的物理意义及实际意义。
Through the model test, the change of the main gas flow line in the material layer under different conditions was measured to discuss the relationship between the lower adjusting means and the shape of the soft melting zone. In the meantime, by using the method of analytic hierarchy process and the model test, the gradient of the gas resistance coefficient (§ / H) and coke interlayer (n), thickness (h), width (L) and coke gap (E), that is, § / H = KL ~ (0.188) · n ~ (-0.46) · h ~ (-0.63) · ε ~ (-3.74) Physical meaning and practical significance.
