针对球墨铸铁箱盖铸件在铸造过程中产生的缺陷,采用铸造过程模拟软件MAGMAsoft对铸件的充型和凝固过程进行模拟,分析铸件在凝固过程中产生的缺陷类型和状态,有针对性的设计补缩工艺,利用充型示踪粒子掌握熔体在铸件内部的流动情况,指导浇注系统设计。并对铸件的组织和力学性能进行预测。新工艺提高了工艺出品率,获得了合格的铸件。
Aiming at the defects of the casting of ductile iron box cap during casting, the casting process simulation software MAGMAsoft was used to simulate the process of filling and solidification of the castings. The type and state of defects in the castings during the solidification process were analyzed. Shrinking process, the use of filling tracer particles grasp the flow of the melt inside the casting to guide the design of casting system. And predict the microstructure and mechanical properties of castings. The new technology to improve the craft yield, access to qualified castings.
