通过系统预试法对芝麻苗的化学成分进行预试验,初步探索芝麻苗的化学成分。采用试管反应法,对芝麻苗的石油醚、水和体积分数95%乙醇的提取物进行研究,通过多种指示剂和显色剂的沉淀反应或颜色反应,对芝麻苗可能含有的化学成分进行初步研究。结果表明,芝麻苗中可能含有氨基酸、糖、有机酸、皂苷、黄酮类、酚类、强心苷、生物碱和挥发油等化学成分,为进一步研究芝麻的化感作用和开发利用提供依据。
