一、问题的提出2008年美国次货危机引发了世界性的经济危机,我国外贸出口急剧下降。靠出口拉动经济的战略遇到了瓶颈和困境,于是要靠扩大内需来提振经济。在这种背景下,内需不振的问题再次凸显出来。关于消费的研究,许多学者在经济领域展开,把消费看作是经济活动的一个环节,也有学者醉心于消费文化与行为的探讨,从而有了消费经济学、消费行为学和消费社会学等,而对消费的政治学研究明显不足。“政治经济学的基本特征就是强调政治与经济之间的互动关系,从而获得对政治与经济全貌的理解”~[1],经济与政治密切相关,从经济与政治的互动中看消费问题,或许能发现消费问题背后更深层次的原因。基于此,本文拟在政治经济学视域中探讨消费以及与消费相关的一些问题,以期获得关于消费的较为全面的认知。

On the study of consumption, many scholars start their work in the economic field, regard consumption as a link of economic activities, and some scholars pay close attention to the study of consumption culture and behavior, thus have the economics of consumption, consumer behavior and consumer sociology, However, the study of politics of consumption is obviously inadequate. “The basic feature of political economy is to emphasize the interaction between politics and economy so as to gain an understanding of the whole picture of politics and economy.” [1] Economic and political relations are closely related, and consumption is seen from the interaction between economy and politics Problems, may be able to find a deeper reason behind the problem of consumption. Based on this, this article intends to explore consumer and consumption-related issues in the political economy perspective in order to gain a more comprehensive understanding of consumption.
