目的:探讨中枢神经系统感染患儿脑脊液中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)与一氧化氮(NO)含量变化。方法:测定神经感染患儿脑脊液中的TNF和NO的含量并与对照组比较。结果:化脑组TNF和NO含量均高于对照组(P<0.01),化脑组TNF和NO高于病脑组(P<0.05),且化脑组和病脑组TNF和NO含量随病情加重而加重,TNF与NO呈正相关(r=0.942,t=7.64,P<0.01)。结论:TNF和NO可作为鉴别细菌性脑膜炎和病毒性脑炎的可靠指标。
Objective: To investigate the changes of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and nitric oxide (NO) in cerebrospinal fluid of children with central nervous system infection. Methods: The levels of TNF and NO in cerebrospinal fluid of children with neurological infection were measured and compared with those in control group. Results: The levels of TNF and NO in HuaNan group were higher than those in control group (P <0.01). The contents of TNF and NO in HuaNi group were higher than those in EH group (P <0.05) The disease aggravated and aggravated, TNF and NO was positively correlated (r = 0.942, t = 7.64, P <0.01). Conclusion: TNF and NO can be used as a reliable indicator of bacterial meningitis and viral encephalitis.
