目的观察依达拉奉与奥扎格雷钠联合治疗缺血性脑卒中的疗效及对患者炎性因子与血液流变学的影响。方法抽取2014年6月—2016年8月河南省邓州市人民医院缺血性脑卒中患者72例,随机数表法分组,各36例。对照组予以常规治疗,研究组予以常规治疗+依达拉奉+奥扎格雷钠治疗,两组均治疗2周。统计对比两组疗效,检测对比两组血清炎性因子[白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)]及血液流变学[全血还原粘度(RV)、红细胞压积(PCV)、血小板粘附率(PADT)]变化情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率(91.67%)高于对照组(72.22%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP水平均较本组治疗前明显降低,且研究组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组RV、PCV、PADT均较本组治疗前明显降低,且研究组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉与奥扎格雷钠联合治疗缺血性脑卒中具有显著疗效,能明显降低患者炎性因子水平,改善患者血液流变学。
Objective To observe the curative effect of edaravone and ozagrel sodium on ischemic stroke and its influence on inflammatory factors and hemorheology in patients. Methods Seventy-two patients with ischemic stroke from June 2014 to August 2016 in Dengzhou People’s Hospital of Henan Province were enrolled in the random number table, 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated routinely, and the study group was given routine treatment plus edaravone plus ozagrel sodium, both groups were treated for 2 weeks. Statistical comparison was made between the two groups. The levels of serum inflammatory cytokines IL-6, TNF-α, hsCRP and hemorheology in both groups were detected and compared Blood viscosity (RV), hematocrit (PCV), platelet adhesion rate (PADT)]. Results The total effective rate (91.67%) in the study group was higher than that in the control group (72.22%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); after treatment, the levels of IL-6, TNF-α and hs-CRP This group was significantly lower before treatment, and the study group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); after treatment, RV, PCV, PADT were significantly lower than the group before treatment, and the study group was significantly Lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of edaravone and ozagrel sodium has a significant therapeutic effect on ischemic stroke, which can significantly reduce the level of inflammatory cytokines in patients and improve the hemorheology of patients.
