报告我院普外科１９９３年１月～１９９４年１２月危重病人３７１例中发生成人呼吸窘迫综合征（ＡＲＤＳ）５例，发生率为１．３％，治愈４例，死亡１例。根据我们诊治体会提出，对可能发生ＡＲＤＳ的原发病病人，在围手术期应注意呼吸监测，做到早期发现，早期治疗。强调了救治ＡＲＤＳ病人必须与积极治疗原发病同步进行。本组治愈４例，均系采用经鼻导管高频喷射通气（ＨＦＪＶ）通气治疗，从而也证实了ＨＦＪＶ是抢救ＡＲＤＳ简便而有效的治疗方法。
Reported in our hospital from January 1993 to December 1994 critically ill patients in 371 cases of adult respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) occurred in 5 cases, the incidence was 1.3%, 4 cases were cured, 1 died. According to our diagnosis and treatment experience proposed for the possible occurrence of ARDS patients with primary disease, should pay attention to perioperative respiratory monitoring, so that early detection and early treatment. It is emphasized that the treatment of ARDS patients must be synchronized with active treatment of the primary disease. This group of 4 cases were cured, are treated with nasal cannulated high-frequency jet ventilation (HFJV) ventilation, which also confirmed that HFJV is a simple and effective treatment of ARDS.
