本文观察了50例食管癌患者血浆游离氨基酸含量的变化,并与正常健康人做了比较,结果表明:癌症患者血浆游离氨基酸与健康人血浆游离氨基酸有显著差异(P<0.001),反映了食管癌组织中氨基酸代谢的紊乱。
This article observed the changes of plasma free amino acid levels in 50 patients with esophageal cancer and compared them with normal healthy individuals. The results showed that plasma free amino acids were significantly different from healthy subjects’ plasma free amino acids (P<0.001), reflecting the esophagus Disorders of amino acid metabolism in cancerous tissue.
