通过分析货物运输过程中面临的等待时间种类,构建等待时间费用函数。考虑在列车出现晚点的情况下,引入缓冲时间的设置,用于减少等待时间,提高运输效率。缓冲时间的设置依据晚点的分布、货物数量和不同等待时间的权重。通过案例计算,得到最优的缓冲时间设置,并对缓冲时间的设置进行了灵敏度分析。
By analyzing the types of waiting time in the process of freight transportation, the waiting time cost function is constructed. Consider the situation in the train late, the introduction of the buffer time setting, used to reduce the waiting time and improve transport efficiency. The buffering time is set based on the late distribution, the quantity of goods, and the weight of different waiting times. Through the case calculation, the optimal buffer time setting is obtained, and the sensitivity of the buffer time setting is analyzed.
