利用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定了青岛地区31 种食品中铬含量,测定回收率为928% ~9808% ,相关系数r= 09978,回归方程 Y= 00118 C+ 00776,结果表明,食品中铬含量以动物性食品最高,谷类食物居中,蔬菜、水果较低。该结果为青岛地区不同人群铬的摄入量提供了依据。
The contents of chromium in 31 kinds of foodstuffs in Qingdao area were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The recoveries were 928% ~ 9808%. The correlation coefficient was 0.9978. The regression equation was Y = 00118 C + 0 0776, the results show that the highest content of chromium in animal foods, cereals, vegetables, fruits low. The results provide a basis for chromium intake of different populations in Qingdao.
