[目的]比较甘蓝型冬油菜品种的SPAD值、叶绿素含量、农艺性状、经济性状及产量性状之间差异,分析SPAD值与其它指标的相关性,构建线性回归方程。[方法]以34个甘蓝型冬油菜品种为材料,测定它们的SPAD值,叶绿素含量,农艺性状、经济性状及产量性状,根据相关性显著水平,构建线性回归方程。[结果]34个品种的SPAD值、叶绿素含量、农艺性状、经济性状及产量间的差异均达极显著水平;SPAD值与叶绿素a(chl-a),叶绿素b(chl-b),总叶绿素(chl-z)和类胡萝卜含量(chl-x)相关性达到极显著水平,相关程度依次为chl-b>chl-z>chl-a>chl-x;SPAD值与株高,单株总角果数,每角粒数,单株产量和实收产量呈显著正相关,与分枝点高度、有效分枝数,主轴结角密度,角果长度无显著相关。[结论]利用SPAD值和线性回归方程式评估甘蓝型油菜叶绿素含量、经济性状和籽粒产量是一种简单快捷的方法。
[Objective] The aim was to compare the differences of SPAD value, chlorophyll content, agronomic traits, economic traits and yield traits of Brassica napus cultivars. The correlation between SPAD value and other indexes was analyzed and linear regression equation was constructed. [Method] Totally 34 Brassica napus cultivars were used as materials to measure their SPAD value, chlorophyll content, agronomic traits, economic traits and yield traits. Linear regression equations were constructed according to their significant correlations. [Result] The results of SPAD value, chlorophyll content, agronomic traits, economic traits and yield differed significantly among 34 cultivars. The differences of SPAD value and chlorophyll a (chl-a), chlorophyll b chl-z> chl-a> chl-x. The correlation between SPAD and plant height, total plant weight There was a significant positive correlation between the number of branches, the number of per hill, the number of per hill, the yield of per plant and the yield of harvest. There was no significant correlation between the height of branches, the number of effective branches, the density of spindle knots and the length of pod. [Conclusion] It was a simple and quick method to evaluate the chlorophyll content, economic traits and grain yield of rapeseed (Brassica napus) by SPAD value and linear regression equation.
