目的探讨平衡式快速梯度回波(B-FFE)技术对诊断血管压迫性三叉神经痛的价值。方法分析50例原发性三叉神经痛患者常规T1、T2WI、术中所见以及B-FFE图像。结果B-FFE图像示50例患者均清晰显示了三叉神经。45例患者桥小脑角区微血管均表现为以等信号到略高信号,与桥小脑角池内呈极高信号的脑脊液形成明显对比,血管周围轮廓清晰。42例三叉神经周围有微血管“压迫”的病例中,有17例三叉神经不同程度受压移位,与手术所见一致。结论B-FFE技术在诊断血管压迫性三叉神经痛中具有很高价值。
Objective To investigate the value of balanced fast gradient echo (B-FFE) in diagnosing vascular compression trigeminal neuralgia. Methods 50 cases of primary trigeminal neuralgia patients with T1, T2WI, intraoperative findings and B-FFE images. Results The B-FFE images clearly showed the trigeminal nerve in 50 patients. The cerebellopontine microvessels in all 45 patients presented with a signal of equal to slightly higher signal contrasting cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) with a very high signal in the cerebellopontine angle pool with a sharp outline around the vessel. Of the 42 cases with microvascular “compression” around the trigeminal nerve, 17 cases were displaced to varying degrees by the trigeminal nerve, which was consistent with the surgical findings. Conclusion The B-FFE technique is of great value in the diagnosis of vascular compression trigeminal neuralgia.
